FoodxGoodx aims to ensure customer satisfaction. Because we deliver perishable food items, our refund policy is structured to be fair and practical.
Eligible for Refund/Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement if:
You received the wrong item
The food was damaged during delivery
The item was missing from your order
There is a valid quality issue
In such cases, you must notify us within 1 hour of delivery.
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not applicable if:
You changed your mind after the food has been prepared
The delivery address was incorrect
You were unavailable to receive the order
Delays occurred due to traffic, weather, or unavoidable situations
